Horray for youngin' knitters! My oldest needs a refresher, and I'd love to have my six year old jump on the wagon too! It is special to sit next to one's children and knit alongside each other.

love the photo! i thinks it is fantastic when children can knit or sew or have an artistic hobby all their own. my daughter sews and i would love for her to learn knitting as well. i need a scarf & mittens;) hee-hee! happy weekend!!

When my son attended a Swiss Public School in Basel, Switzerland in 1986, knitting was part of the elementary school curriculum - for boys and girls!! Nice to see families knitting together!! :)
